Data Handling
We believe you should always know exactly what data we collect, how we use it, and what controls you have. Here is a plain-language overview.

What We Collect
We aim to collect only what is necessary to deliver and improve our services. The data we gather falls into three categories:
Information You Provide
- Contact details (name, email, phone) from forms
- Company information and project requirements
- Quote builder and ROI calculator inputs
- Booking and consultation preferences
- Chat messages when using our AI assistant
Automatic Collection
- Page views, click events, and session duration via Google Analytics 4 (only with your consent)
- Device type, browser, and operating system
- Referring URL and campaign parameters (UTM tags)
- IP address (anonymized where possible)
Cookies
- Essential: Session management, authentication, security
- Analytics: Google Analytics (consent-gated)
- Marketing: Advertising attribution (consent-gated)
How We Use It
- Service delivery: Processing quotes, scheduling consultations, and communicating project updates
- Improvement: Understanding how visitors use our tools so we can improve the experience
- Communication: Sending transactional emails (via Mailjet) and, with consent, marketing updates
- Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized reporting on site performance and content effectiveness
- Security: Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access
We never sell your personal data. We do not use your data to train AI models outside of the services we provide to you directly.
Third-Party Services
We use a carefully selected set of third-party services to operate. Each provider is bound by data processing agreements:

- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Delete your personal data (subject to legal requirements)
- Restrict processing of your data
- Export your data in a machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent for analytics and marketing cookies at any time via our cookie banner

Data Retention
- Lead data: Retained for 24 months after last interaction, then anonymized
- Analytics data: Google Analytics default retention (14 months)
- Transactional data: Retained as required by Australian tax law (7 years)
- Chat logs: Retained for 90 days, then purged
